- The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE/EIE) & BCA/MCA from Batch 2012 & 2013 with no Backlogs at the time from any recognized university.
- The candidate should be service oriented,having technical troubleshooting skills.
- Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills and verbal ability in English.
- Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.
- Should have the working knowledge of MS Office Products.
- The candidate should have time Management Skills, and should exhibit Multi-Tasking Ability.
- Having Computer hardware knowledge preferable one.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The candidate will involve in Troubleshooting for technical issues and upselling related to computers faced by Dell customer’s.
- Technical Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
- Should work with Technical Support Specialists to improve customer experience elements (e.g. correct solutions, consistent procedural adherence, relating skills)
- The selected candidate is responsible for regular adjustments that contribute business metric goals.
