CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be Diploma in(Electronics /Electrical /Instrumentation/Mechanical) B.E/B.Tech(Electronics /Electrical / Instrumentation /Mechanical) graduate from any recognized university.
• Should have the Prior experience of servicing and maintenance of HVAC / BMS / IBMS / FAS / Access Systems / CCTV.
• Should have good communication skills and verbal ability.
• Should have good knowledge in MS-Office products.
• The candidate should possess good analytical skills and problem solving capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The selected candidate will involve in servicing of Complex BMS/ IBMS / Security Systems/ Safety Systems .
• Need to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance,and to handle the contractors & manpower on site.
• Should Maintain Days Service Outstanding (DOS) less then 60 days by achieving month on month Collection targets.
