• The candidates should possess  BS or MS in Computer Science with equivalent work experience (degrees from top universities a plus)
• Should have 1-5 plus years of experience in software design, development and algorithm related solutions.
• Strong experience with object-oriented analysis, design and programming (OOA/OOD/OOP)
• Strong skills in Java programming, Java design patterns and server side Java.
• Solid experience with relational databases and schema design.
• Expertise in developing multi-tier applications using Internet technologies.
  US or foreign countries experience in an internet startup companies a huge plus
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
