Job Synopsis:-

• The candidate should be any Graduate from a recognized university.
• Job Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Detailed analysis of the JD - to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
•  Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
•  Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
•  Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
• Responsible for  Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the On- boarding.
