Job Synopsis:-

• Candidates should be from  BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science from any recognized university 
• Good communication Skills ( email and phone) 
• Must have interest on Server and storage field. 
• Good understanding or basic working knowledge servers and storage devices. 
• Good Troubleshooting and problem identification skills. 
• ITIL Certification is preferred 
• Candidates with previous experience in monitoring profile is preferred 
• Shift work. (24*7*365) (This is 100% incident monitoring and management role)
