Job Synopsis:-

• Candidates should have basic IT education (Any Degree or equivalent experience & training
• Candidates should have at least 1 year experience from work in the end user support area
• Candidates should have support experience in the most common services and solutions provided by Volvo IT Selected candidates work within the guidelines and routines defined for the product or assignment

• Work to ensure relevant KPI/PI’s are met for the product or assignment
• Provide the end user the support that is agreed upon
• Act as action owner of the cases or orders called they are assigned to Perform incident resolutions and request fulfillments
