• Candidates from B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/Ph.D in computer science with reputed university or college
• Strong hands-on experience with Web technologies, Web standards &  protocols, Languages (some of C / C++ / Java), Methodologies (OOD)
• Experience in Production Web systems characterized by high-end performance, reliability, availability, scalability, security
• In Depth knowledge in one or more of these fields is mandatory: Databases /
• Networking / OS / Distributed Computing / Grid Computing / Web Services
• Contributions in external forums (conferences, publications, blogs, open source)
• Candidates should have strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
• Candidates should have strong Technical leadership qualities
• Candidates have ability to learn new topics quickly
