Job Synopsis:-

• The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or demonstrated skill and/or should possess related industry experience.
• Should have excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical,and good verbal ability.
• Should have the ability to Work well independently or with little supervision.
• Should demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Should be able to multi-tasking and possess excellent organization skills, and follow-through.
• Should have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Should have the experience working with the latest versions of Windows operating systems.
• Should have excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, email.)
• Must possess experience on any help desk system, or call logging system.
