Intel
Corporation is an American multinational semiconductor chip maker
corporation headquartered in Santa Clara, California, United States and the
world's largest and most expensive semiconductor chip maker, based on revenue.
It is the inventor of the x86 series of microprocessors, the processors found
in most personal computers. Intel Corporation, founded on July 18, 1968, is a
portmanteau of Integrated Electronics (though a common misconception is that
"Intel" is from the word intelligence). Intel also makes motherboard
chipsets, network interface controllers and integrated circuits, flash memory,
graphic chips, embedded processors and other devices related to communications
and computing.
- The candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with experience in design from any recognized university.
- Should also possess skills in Register Transfer Level (RTL) and/or logic design.
- Being familiar with Specman, C++, and Perl would be an added advantage
- Should have good communication skills and verbal ability.
- Should be a team player, and adaptable to changes.
- As a Intern-Graphics Hardware Engineer, the candidate should ensure platform and its components have the best performance.
- Should have the ability to power balance specifically focusing on graphics hardware components.
- Should involve in research and development of next generation platform designs to continually improve the performance.
- Should also conducts system analysis on proprietary and competition platforms, develops advanced hardware tuning and overclocking.
