CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- The candidate must be a Graduate with a University Degree from any recognized university/Institution.
- Should have good understanding of what search marketing is and a willingness to stay contemporary on trends within the industry.
- The candidate must possess strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Should have good problem solving skills and analytical ability.
- Should possess excellent communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Creative Analyst’s role is pivotal in ensuring superior experiences for both users and advertisers.
- As a creative analyst the candidate need to work closely in a team environment to provide development advice and implementation for premium sponsored search advertisers.
- Should be an expert in all relevant Creative Development and Account Management tools so that for any particular requirement.
- Should be flexible and contribute to the on-going success of the broader Search Sales Team by taking part in ad hoc projects
SELECTION PROCESS:
- Round 1: Meritrac Test will be conducted for the candidates.
- Round 2: The candidates who cleared the stage 1 test will be tested with Business Specific Test
- Round 3: Personal Interviews for those who cleared first two rounds
